Our Team

Conor is the Managing Director of MoyleRoe Corporate Services.

Conor first established MoyleRoe Corporate Services Limited (MoyleRoe) in 2019, with over 10 years’ experience in aviation and structured finance. He currently sits on the board of several aviation groups, assisting in the management of their strategic goals.

Prior to the creation of MoyleRoe, Conor held the position of Head of Accounting at Law Debenture (Ireland) Limited, where he was responsible for leading the accounting, tax and financial reporting functions for all clients. This was following his time at BBAM, where he first entered the aviation sector, managing the statutory reporting obligations for over 100 subsidiaries across various jurisdictions. Conor started his career in EY, working on a variety of large audits across the aviation and asset management industries.

Conor is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and received a Diploma in Taxation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He holds a MSc. in Accounting & Finance from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Aisling is an Accounting Manager at MoyleRoe Corporate Services.

She is responsible for accounting, financial planning, financial reporting, taxation, cash management and regulatory filings for a number of clients.

Having worked in corporate services for over nine years, Aisling has a comprehensive understanding of client needs, and places a strong focus on providing the highest quality of service to them.

Prior to joining MoyleRoe, Aisling was an Accounting Manager at Law Debenture (Ireland) Limited, managing the accounting, taxation and financial reporting for clients in the aviation and structured finance industries. Aisling was also a senior member of the finance team for Walkers Professional Services, where she provided services for a portfolio of clients, comprising asset-backed securitisations, collateralised loan obligations, structured finance and aviation. Aisling began her career in practice at Frank Lynch & Co.

Aisling is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Aoife Ward is a Senior Financial Accountant at MoyleRoe Corporate Services.

She is responsible for accounting, financial planning, financial reporting, taxation, cash management and regulatory filings for a number of clients.

She is a qualified chartered accountant with over eight years of local and international experience in auditing and financial services.

She commenced her career working as an Accounts Assistant in AbaKus Outsource. This was before joining EY, where she performed external audits of clients within the wealth and asset management sector, eventually progressing internally to the role of Assistant Manager.

Prior to joining MoyleRoe, Aoife worked as a Senior Financial Accountant in the motor financing industry in Sydney, Australia.

Aimee Morrissey is a Company Secretarial Specialist at MoyleRoe Corporate Services.

She is a qualified Company Secretary and Solicitor with over ten years experience in providing company secretarial services with five of those being in the aviation industry.

Prior to joining MoyleRoe, Aimee worked with AerCap (previously GECAS) where she gained invaluable experience providing transaction support and advice to companies in the aviation industry. Aimee was also a Company Secretary at Deloitte providing services to a portfolio of clients comprising of dissolutions, incorporations, share transfers and annual filing obligations. Aimee started her career in a general practice training as a Solicitor with Cashin & Associate Solicitors.

Aimee is a member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She also holds a diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland.

Jean-Luc is a Financial Accountant at MoyleRoe Corporate Services.

He began his career working as an Assurance Associate in PwC where he performed external audits of clients within a variety of different sectors. Prior to joining MoyleRoe, Jean-Luc had progressed to the role of Senior Associate.

Jean-Luc is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
